Alright so i did 1 warm up show in June, won that and proceeded towards my pro card. Very close this season bring 1 spot away 2 times. Then i did the biggest national on the planet and ended up top 5 witch puts me in the catagory of being top 5 Men’s Physique in the WORLD
Now it’s break time unless i get antsy lol. I logged my whole prep plan under stada labs as im a sponsored athlete with them! The best
Now i will share portions of my rebound while i add carbs while maintaining this shape for the next show. First thing is i usually give myself a week of eating whatever i want but still need to eat my daily meals. I’ve prolly had 8 burgers in 5 days lol, donuts, cookies ect. I will also be eating 6-7oz of rice in my meals along with 7oz of lean white meat. Some greens and some good fats such as cashews. Stay tuned
