Alright so i did 1 warm up show in June, won that and proceeded towards my pro card. Very close this season bring 1 spot away 2 times. Then i did the biggest national on the planet and ended up top 5 witch puts me in the catagory of being top 5 Men’s Physique in the WORLD🙏🏽

Now it’s break time unless i get antsy lol. I logged my whole prep plan under stada labs as im a sponsored athlete with them! The best🩸

Now i will share portions of my rebound while i add carbs while maintaining this shape for the next show. First thing is i usually give myself a week of eating whatever i want but still need to eat my daily meals. I’ve prolly had 8 burgers in 5 days lol, donuts, cookies ect. I will also be eating 6-7oz of rice in my meals along with 7oz of lean white meat. Some greens and some good fats such as cashews. Stay tuned🫡

This means we can make that happen, i have a massive coffee cake going down now with ravioli for dinner AND red wine😂

Right now I’m staying on GH prolly 2-3iu per day and I’ll remain on that a little bit.

Test P low dose about .6 EOD and .5 mast daily. I’m only staying on those JUST THIS WEEK, Only reason is for potential photo shoot for sponsors cloths-supps, after this week ill take out mast completely and replace test p with test e and cruise. Up the calories for a lean bulk!

Had about 3 meals before i trained today..

Meal 1
16oz egg whites
2 full eggs
6oz jasmine rice
Drizzle of pb over the top

Meal 2
6oz chick
6oz jas rice
Cup of green beans

Meal 3
7oz white fish (tilapia)
6oz jas rice

Got home after back and had meal 4

Meal 4
6oz chick
6oz rice

Last meal I’ll limit the rice just a tad. Usually I’ll have most my rice in meals 2-4 then back down some. That way you have it during the day when you need it so it gets used for fuel. OR you just add some pre workout depending your training time. Everything has a purpose. Right now I’m still binging some as I’m only almost a week post show. But it’s ok as long as we get the meals down. Sooner or later i will start to lean back on those things. Durning this lean bulk is it totally ok to have snacks or a cheat or just a little something on top. This is as long as the meals go down too. You never want to skip a meal for the snack. You have both👌🏽💪🏽

Switching to Test E next week. Going back on that fire stada labs GH 2iu am 2iu pm.

If you need GH or anything or for that matter, STADA is the place to grab. I ran the GH all off season last year and i came in right for compitition season 24. Low body fat and full as shit. This lean bulk will be even better this next 6 months⚡️ stay tuned!

230lbs- up about 20lbs from my stage weight. Def still in the phase of eating some treats and stuff i haven’t had in 9 months lol. BUT we need those things and all will contribute to the pump till i get cut it back.

Still eating meals on top of it because that’s important for maintaining fullness, lean and size. Keeping it moving💪🏽

Transitioning into my lean bulk/health phase!

Since I’m going to be starting back up with prep in the spring. I’m qualified all year so i will just be focused on the big shows.

In the mean time is when all the things necessary should be done. One time in the next rest days I’ll go give blood. Will help my energy levels and overall health. Blood gets heavy, Just like changing the oil!

I will be implementing certain portions in my rebound diet very soon as well. Getting at least 5-6 meals per day. Maintaining carbs but also in a slight deficit/carb cycle to drop water. This will help keep me lean but keep the muscle full.


I will be Crusing on some test e for a few at 180-200mg per wk. 2iu am and pm of GH.
Nolvadex 1 per day or 10mgs. Stay tuned🫡

90gs greens

If you’re wondering where the carbs at!, meal 4 next will be 8oz jasmine rice, plus another two sets of 6oz and some sweet potato! So you get enough👌🏽

Keep it lean, fill it out and rip it it back off again👌🏽

Sitting at 229lbs. About 22lbs from show day. That’s with eating some BS here and there. I’m also keeping 20mins cardio in post workout. During this lean bulk i prolly won’t exceed 230-235. Gatta stay tight but enough to fill out for that pro card🕦🏆 8 months out.
