Thanks for your input. I’m currently taking in 2300 calories, I am at a calorie deficit. My protien intake is right there around 200 grams give or take a few grams. I did my blood work a few months ago & test comes back at 115 ng/dL & free test is 2.6/3. From what I read we should be around...
