    Exactly why I got rid of social media when the influencer epidemic started; I fell victim to more than one of their uneducated advices. I’d rather get my knowledge from experienced sources who aren’t looking to earn a quick buck at my expense, such as the guys on here

    Yikes. Yeah my issue was thankfully a far cry from this. Did as everyone recommended and took about 9 days off training triceps directly, and swapped my chest and delt movements to fly types. As of the last 3-4 days it’s been pain free and I trained triceps yesterday without any pain.
