I was eating the fudge outta lentils, that shit there, that was a toilet ride and a half.
I blend that oatmeal up, makes for easy carb loading.
Although at this point I've been loaded on carbs since I started the cycle.

My diet is super clean.
I am eating nearly 10cups of oatmeal a day alongside 4-6 servings of peanut butter, with 3-6 cups of milk, I use the blender for this.
I eat the shit outta bananas, apples, oranges.
6-8 cans of tuna (in oil, cause water is yucky) daily alongside 4 servings of grits...
So, I've done plenty of homework and reading.
Looking for one of yous to maybe put some science behind my layman terms and rationality.
