    Just drink water. H2O designed perfectly to our body. Coffee - black Sometime sugar free drinks but with moderation. The almond "milk" - some brands had oil inside and sugar.

    Not all plant base food is good for you. Like any other food. Eat fresh and avoid process food. That's including all type of whey proteins, regardless if vegan or not. Avoid milk it's for babe cow 😂. Eat fresh fresh , And it's on to have something different on the weekend.
