Was sick all weekend, didn't get back in the gym until last night. Not much volume, just some squats trying to get my body/strength ready for more training.

Been super slammed at work and hitting the gym 2-3 hours a day between my training and helping a few others. Current body weight is between 252-254 in gym clothes. Gonna have to cut back on calories to squeeze in at 242 in Feb.

Monday 11/9
Squats - No real "work" sets. Just working on depth and flexibility. Trying to hit deep below parallel without needing 400+ on the bar to force me down. My coach is very strict, probably going to invest in a pair of romaleos soon to see if getting my heels up helps.

So the car needed all the fuel lines replaced thanks to an errant piece of rebar snagging my feed line and ripping it completely out from under the car. Lovely.
Bank account took a beating but I'm back in the road and back to training.
Switching things up this week. Have a few spotters handy so I'm going for 1RM to see where I am for my upcoming PL meet.
Squats -Warmup, 6 singles working up to 235 kilos. Went pretty smooth, may have had a little more in me but my coach stopped me there. Finished off with 10 reps at 150kg...
