Been 350 test c and 300 primo for 3 weeks.
Going to ride this for a few more weeks long as I can stay semi lean.

198lbs currently. Gained one pound in a month! While eating 4300 calories. I can’t physically eat anymore food with 2 cheat meals a week.
So 2-3 weeks another bulking log will begin.

300/week test cyp
150/ week primo.
Test will get to 450-500mg towards the last 4-5...
Week 11. 197 lbs. 5AM. Fasted. Pretty damn lean!! Vein action in the legs is ridiculous. One week of 375mg of test cyp. Then back down to 200mg for 10 weeks. I have achieved my goal. Will have 2.0 bulking log. Where the fun starts!!! New goal of 215lbs lean!! Will post last update next week! LFG!!
I stayed at 375mg of test the entire time. (Will be 12 weeks total)
Plan on 200mg for 10-12 weeks and check blood levels and plan another mini bulk cycle before I start to prep in the middle of August.

You do have to play with your macros a little bit to figure out your calories to maintain.

Joint relief for sure, 200mg of NPP weekly and 375mg of Test Cyp. Muscles are always full, pumps are there, strength increasing every week. I think it’s smart to start a lower dose to see how your body reacts. Next go around you can bump it up!
