Red meat is probably one of the most nutrient dense foods and also easily digestible. I eat red meat almost everyday for the last 5 years. CMP, CBC, lipids, thyriod, etc all on point. BP is always <120/80.
It’s all apart of the process. Soon pedophila will be legal. Then they’ll take our nutrient dense meats away. It’s all about power over the masses and one of the best ways to do it is to emasculate a large population.
