Look up. As I already said. It is possible the person I know that was caught via a drug test; may have already been suspected of using gear.

All comes down to the chain of command. Also not all random's are "random" it is possible that the person I saw, was either already suspected of using gear or the chain of command had a general suspicion of gear being present.

While I was in, I personally saw two people that were discharged because of it. One of them was caught during a random. The other was caught when they found gear in his room during an inspection.
