Yesterday was a great chest day.. Problem is.. I got some kinda stomach flu.. It's not to bad but enough where my shit hurts all over.. So everything gets pushed back a day.. On the good side.. Weights moving up as long as I can keep it down.. Up 2 pounds so that's definitely a plus

Took the weekend off. Birthday party for some kiddos in the family bam.. I cheated like a mofo... Cake and cookies and all kinda shiznit.. But I feel good and am ready to get back into it,!

I'm so ready to be off and do legs but I can't cause OT tomorrow which means I'm gonna have to do it tomorrow afternoon which means I'll be handicap for the rest of the day and a Saturday is wasted.. I think I'll just do back instead.. Anyone else have these internal conversations?
