    38/m non-lifter looking for advice.

    From what I think I understand, gear will push you past your normal limits, but when you come off, you will lose some mass/performance. If you continue to train hard, you won't necessarily drop down to where you first began, but more towards your natural limit since youve been training past...

    Good to be here.

    Just stopping by to say hello to everyone, and gain some knowledge before making any big choices. Im 38, never been much of a lifter, just BJJ 5-8 time/week, and some cardio. I feel age coming on slowly but surely, and just looking at options.
