I actually find it kind of scary docs make this mistake or misdiagnosis the situation I guess you could say. It's common that guys with more muscle mass than the average person will also have higher creatinine levels.
25mins fasted 5-6x per week but also cutting and this will increase to morning and evening sessions in about a week. Once I'm lean enough maybe 2-3x per week to maintain while adding cals back in...all LISS cardio!
Do you find the ECA stack keeps things moving just as well when off clen for 2wks? I never done the ECA stack for the 2wks I come off of clen. I know ECA will suppress appetite a bit so for cutting that can be a good thing.
