1-5 reps on my main lifts and +15-20 on most assistance exercises. I need to switch it up though, I will “try” to go a little lighter/high rep for a few weeks soon, just to let my body recover so I can continue going heavy, as heavy as possible is the style I like.

I know the norm is to say that you have to be on EQ for 10+ weeks to see results but it starts acting as soon as you inject and you’ll feel the cardio benefits fast, it just takes awhile to see the muscle benefits.
