I'm thinking steak also..side of shrimp..Meal plan has been spot on and perfect last 2 weeks, rest day today . Much needed , feel like I’ve been hit by a bus. Can’t decide if a big refeed or dirty meal is okay for dinner . Or just stick to the plan . On the border or a steak sounds pretty damn good

Had a little shrimp stew tonight..I pull out 1/2 lb of shrimp,fresh corn,few boiled eggs,over cup of rice..don't care for alot of the gravy..I went all Cajun again tonight. Black Beans and Rice, smoked Andoulli sausage, Kidney beans, and chicken breast all in one big pot.
I should have added in some shrimp or crawfish for the gumbo effect.
