I wonder if it could be nerve related. I have issues with the feather nerves in my back. They sense injury possibility and signal my lumbar erectors to seize and cramp. When it happens my lower back is swollen and painful.

I honestly have no idea. Thinking long term use, constant training. Maybe over usage like chronic tennis elbow. Ive developed chronic issues in my forearm. My PT suggest being artificially strong and stressing my connective tissues to much. Often wonder if I could develop ling term
