Saw Fast X last Friday on a gigantic screen with hopes that it might be better than 8 or 9 which were garbage and thinking that Jason Momoa might save it

Wow was I wrong. 2 and a half hours of pure shit. Bringing back Gal Gadot from beyond the grave... WTF? The Rock back after saying he would NEVER do another fast movie. Pete fucking Davidson.

What's next? Digging up pedophile Paul Walker's (Walker was a creep who was dating underage women yet Hollywood buried the story) corpse and using him like a puppet?

John Cena was wasted. Less than 2 minutes of Jason Statham. Instead we get 2 hours of egomaniac Vin Diesel and a story a retarded 8 year old could write.

The over the top Momoa was at least interesting (although he actually appeared to be fat, he had a gut and man boobs) and the roided up Reacher dude was pretty good. Other than that, this was pure shit. A 320-340 million dollar budget and this was the best they could do?

John Wick 4 cost 20% of Fast X and was 1000 times better.

I still haven’t seen the first one. I’m not into watching people race vehicles. So a movie about people racing people just never appealed to me. But obviously I’m in the minority because enough people must be watching them for 9 of them to be made.

With AI and new digital effects it's possible the voices and likeness of dead actors/actresses will be woven into films. That in itself sounds creepy. Imagine John Belushi coming back to life in a hypothetical film such as "Animal House Reunion"?

I watched them casually, the 3rd one was the last one I saw. Lol!
I think they should have stopped after the first one and just let be a classic.

I've watched a few of them. Been a while since I watched any, but only got threw about 30min or so of Fast X before I had to just stop. Couldn't do it. Maybe it's good? I don't know, but the first one will always be a classic to me.

I’ve enjoyed some of the older ones but couldn’t finish the 9th, I tried 3x but had to stop it after a few min, it was so bad it’s not a chance that even attempt to watch the last one.

I watched the first one.

I typically never watch sequels and when I heard they were gonna franchise this movie I knew I’d never watch any of them because… well…. Name one franchised movie that has multiple sequels or prequels that has ever been any good? In almost every example , the movies ruined the entire franchise.

Hollywood sucks

They didn't just ruin it, they completely changed it from a movie about cars, to a super hero franchise that has cars in it.

I give you 3 in James Bond, Rocky and Rambo.

My dad was a James Bond fan. I watched them a lot growing up and I’m 43. I can still sit down and watch old James Bond movies and I’m not normally a fan of watching the same movies over and over in general. Unless it’s Step Brothers or Dumb n Dumber lol

IML Gear Cream!
The Lethal Weapon franchise. they were all good.. I have a soft spot for the Naked Gun movies. I love them for what they are. Just off the top of my head. Lethal Weapon nailed it.

I liked Lethal weapon's 3 seasons I first saw them in prison

James Bond too Love them ALL

Fast and furious Ive liked them all up to this point and plan to see it so we will see but I also understand im paying to see 300 million in graphics and the storyline means very little to me.
on that note the first few fast and furious were lit with great stories :)

Oh can't forget Rocky and Creed those were both lit :)

As far as James Bond goes.... It's this guy only

All the rest gtfo of here... Unpopular opinion I know. Roger Moore was the best!

The problem with the Fast series I think is they attempted to to be a car guy movie. Then the car guys ripped them to shit for not being realistic. Then morphed into action movies with cars which worked. 4-7 a bit 8. 9 going to space and Vin's out of control ego... I will see X at some point.

No way I could sit still and watch 2 hours of little man Vin Diesel flexing around and kicking ass like he’s a badass when in reality he’s a little bitch.

The 1st one was the only good one.

I’m in the same age as you and my dad was watching Bond also and I think (from I can remember) that Bond was the first action movie I watched. I never get tired of watching old 007 movies, they are not what they used to be but I’m always looking forward to a bee one.

I did not see 9, did they really go to space??!?

Touché sir.

Notice all three movie franchises are over 30 years old.

There are no more new ideas for Hollywood. And the new “people who run Hollywood” are losers and fools … so I’ll restate my case and only add … name a franchised movie that doesn’t suck balls post 1994.

I would only had been shocked if this thread was titled "Fast X was f-ing Great" 😜😜

I've only seen one and two and let me explain. One was absolutely great. Good story kind of realistic and fun to watch. Two turned into garbage and super her show and the commercial from rest where they seem like turning to super hero's are ridiculous. Crashing cars, bombs, tanks, helicopters and not one scratch on them Come on man......

I rather was Iron Man.

Hell yea Phil I was thinking about doing that I love that movie

Never saw any of them except maybe the first, and I didnt finish it... Foolish crap...

The first F&F will always have a special place for me because I un knowingly worked on some of the cars before the movie came out. I worked at an import shop in Long Beach Ca. We got a build order for 4 Honda Civics, all built the same way. Clubs were a big thing in the area then so didn’t think much of it. Flash forward about a year I went through Army Basic training and AIT. I was stationed in Korea and finally saw the movie.

1st movie was the best.. didn't care for 2 or 3 but they were believable.. starting with 4 they got crazy

Moore was awesome but so was Sean Connery, the rest can suck it.
I seen all the Moore bonds before any by Sean Connery. So it's biased to a degree one can say. No Timothy Dalton love ??
