I love how they bark orders at people they have no jurisdiction over. I watch a lot of these videos each day (Audits, interactions, etc) and now realize Cops are some of the dumbest folks on the planet.

well first off they lied, originally they said the kids j walked which is a bullshit accusation, then much later in court they change it to a suspected weapons charge. If they started with that maybe the mother would be more concerned that they had a weapon and cooperated

I think I posted this years ago, cops were chasing a guy thru my alley, later they were on my lawn walking around, so I asked whats up, cop said he dropped his flashlight, so I grabbed a light and walked around helping them look. Next day I took the family to ihop, when I came home sheriff was parked in my driveway and cops were walking around my yard and patio, I asked what happened and he say they suspect they chased tossed a gun, I yelled at the cops and said last night you said it was a flashlight, I got little kids what if they came out here and found that shit. Well they found the gun across the street, but they really should be honest upfront, cops arent the only ones who deserve to go home and be with their families

Who knows if the kids were packing? Probably but cops are literally TRAINED liars so who the fuck can you believe. Probably best to suspect both parties are full of shit to some degree.
 
Using jaywalking as a reason to do a search for weapons is called a “pretextual stop”, which is illegal in most states. Fault one.
The rest is a masters course on how to NOT behave as a a LEO.
The sad thing is that even in this day of cameras everywhere, most citizens are too busy watching trans-rights and other stupid fucking tictocs to learn even the basics of their rights as citizens in the LOTF. And the cops don’t mind still doing this shit whilst wearing a camera. SMDH
The preposterousness of twelve cops circling in front of a residence because of jay walking whilst other citizens are ACTIVELY jay walking IN THEIR PERIMETER is the stuff of Keystone Cops.

As I mentioned before, my son’s department watches these shit show videos at roll call so at least one department in America is actively trying to stop this nonsense.

BTW, where’s the “racial” aspect of this video? If you are a racist, all you ever see around you is racism.

But I agree with coach Cabo regarding the officers behavior. Typically starting a conversation with aggressive tones will do nothing but escalate tension and cause resistance.

Regardless if these kids are criminals or not, the cops have rules they need to follow and even though offer extensive lattitude. If they can’t operate in that environment that favors them over citizens, then they are weak fuckers.
Remember that this mindset is why we see law abiding citizens getting stitched up all the time in these videos.

I used to work in the very ghetto Vallejo, Commiefornia. When I would get stopped, which seemed a bit more than necessary, they almost always approached with that “us and them” attitude. I was always quick to be sure to tell them to mind their tone.

By way of comparison, at the time I lived in the very wealthy Marin County. Cops pulling me over were mostly extremely polite.
And why was I getting pulled over? Anyone who regularly drives an air-cooled VW in Kalifornia can tell you why.

She had 3 misdemeanor convictions in 1 year for disorderly conduct and obstructing official business...I just spoke with someone that knows her well..this person said if the police only knew of all of the criminal behavior she is involved in she would be in prison...

So I did a search.

The woman filed a complaint accusing police of racially profiling the teenagers. I didn’t get a close good look but I thought they were all white? Are we allowed to use the race card finally or what?

Anyways… this is a high crime shots fired area and the boys was walking around like ghetto thugs holding their wastebands like they were packing heat.

Yea some cops are bad but this particular video is a really bad example. Those boys were up to no good and I hope they get what’s coming to them. I hope they smarten up before the end up getting the ol george Kirby neck tie.

I would hit them with my truck if I had to live near scum like these people. Feed ‘em to the pigs.

Back in the 90s that neighborhood was called crackville!...corner boys slinging everywhere....shots fired every night...the gang that controlled that area was MOB...money over bitches...they were always fighting with the 23rd street posse and Latin kings...believe it or not it worse now...
