1/2 # lean ground turkey, 5 cups Jasmine rice, 1 cup green beans.
Then in 2.5 hours... will have a shake... my big shake.
then before bed... a doughnut with some whey ;)

I'm just trying to imagine eating 1000g of jasmine..I just sat down with 8oz turkey 250g jasmine rice
Lol.. It is a lot for sure. I have to put a little sodium free soy sauce on each of my meals. Just to get it all down.... Very bland without.

Another quick meal.... 2 cups Jasmine rice... Baked beans.... a can of tuna.... mix n eat,,,,
 
Been cooking up cous cous 1 cup dry makes about 5 not bulking sized servings! I add 12oz can of Alaskan Salmon, a bunch of frozen veggies...usually peas, a couple tablespoons of mayonnaise and sometimes I'll add a can of sardines in water. I take this as an in between meals meal and find it chunk full of flavor and all the good nutes AND you can eat it hot or cold. This is on top of my morning shake BSN 1200 with some dry oatmeal, mango chunks and almond milk. Lunch and dinner are Factor 75 meals due to my working 12 hour shifts, PBJ and crackers for a snack, the odd avocado for extra calories and good fats, another 600+ calorie shake in the evening immediately after the gym...averaging +/-3200 cals a day...week 8 of my cycle and up 6.5lbs from start!

Made a big batch..refrigerated the rest..
This morning I cut them into strips and air fried them..

I’m doing Cornish hens tomorrow. Grilled beer can chicken style. And stuffing/dressing and green beans.

Started deadlifting again so I had two dinners tonight, because the hunger is out of control. Early dinner was 2 cups jasmine, 10oz chicken breast and 6 oz beef. Late dinner was 8 oz chicken marsala, 2 cups mashed potatoes and 3 cups mixed veggies. To finish it off I had peach pie. Still hungry.
 
I’m into trying new shit all the time when we go out to different restaurants. I’ll eat absolutely anything, I ordered grilled quail after a hellacious chest workout…. I was extremely disappointed, taste was there…. But I guess I didn’t think about how small a damn quail is lol. Had to come home and throw a meal prep in the microwave . Don’t know unless you try I guess. Had a Moscow mule though. First mixed drink in years, was nice to relax a bit. My old alcoholic self was trying to rear its ugly head after it though. Stayed strong 💪
 
Got to stop by Costco today to pick up food for this week.

Tonight it will be baked salmon with garlic butter and dill. Spinach sautéed with onions and garlic.
