Just curious how long have you guys been blasting and cruising and what health issues have been a result. If you don't feel comfortable stating any health issues no worries. Been on the fence for years but close to pulling the trigger on blast then trt dose for a cruise. Pct starts Friday for me after my summer cutter might go into a cruise instead of pct...

Something I encountered which is indirectly related is that I was donating/blood dumping to often due to elevated hemoglobin and I crashed my iron levels. Since then I've realized through research and from a vet here that not being in within the references range probably isnt even problematic. Now obviously I don't want to be walking around with a hemoglobin of 20+ but I'm not dead set on keeping it down below 17 etc. Mine seems to stabilize in the 17-18.5 range most of the time.

Just trt alone can elevate hemoglobin in some men but not all obviously.

I highly doubt this is what you're looking for but I wanted to mention it bc I've seen a lot of stuff online about it in various places.

I'm very interested to see others responses.

I appreciate it bro. Everyone tells me I'm crazy for still doing a pct years and years later cuz not going to lie pct sucks but I'm healthy and have no issues from gear use minus gyno issues from my early years of dbol only runs.

I'm on trt with a "prescribed"dose of 100mg a week. My test levels were still low so I follow 200mg a week. That being said I still take equal time off and on cycles. I need to donate double reds as often as possible. No matter what dose my hematocrit gets out of control. Basically I have half the year on a nice cycle, the other half trt. My iron levels never get messed up. Everything has to do with genetics and different people. Hope this helps.

I've been blasting and cruising for almost 2 years. No heath issues. Make sure your taking all your supplements and you might be good. Take time off. A few months at least a year.

It's a genetic roll of the dice honestly. My experience could be completely different from yours.

If I could go back 2 years the only thing I'd change is the amount of gear I was running. Now I run moderately high doses.

I love it all tho. I look forward to the gym every day. I love the life style, you have to be 100% dedicated.

I'd say if you've been consistently training for 2 years, dieting off and on not missing meals. Playing the game for real. Mad consistency. Then I'd say blast and cruise you (might) have what it takes. Good luck bro.

I've got a lil puffy nip gyno from puberty, just curious to ask if you've tried raloxifene? Looking into trying that or possibly surgery.

Was planning on the surgery. this cycle I ran test higher than I normally do so my gyno was aggrivated lol. Usually Nolvadex gets it under control. I'm very e2 sensitive. my start with aas was dbol only cycles back in 08, that and some from puberty is the reason for the gyno "breast tissue"

It's so fucking annoying, that's one of the reasons I'm paranoid about starting my first test only cycle.

Not terrible, but just bad enough to be seen through thin/tighter shirts. Under armor shirts are not gyno friendly.

I am 35 and feel like doing pct is taking multiple steps back so I'm really considering going the blast cruise route this year. Health is a big deal for me which is the reason for this thread. Research is one thing but real time experience of others going down the same path I'm interested in going is what I'm looking for.

Just keep a eye on it if u have issues get bloods and start a ai u might not have any issues you might not be e sensitive. also not sure of your bf but dropping bf might make your chest look better also.

I'm 36. I've been on for 9+ years. Stayed on after my wife was pregnant with our first son. Usually 2-3 cycles a year, with more gear than I'm proud to admit for the first half or so of that time. Didn't have any health problems according to blood work but just didn't feel good or good about my usage a few years ago so I cruise most of the year and run no more than 5-700mg for two 8-10 week cycles per year for the last few years. My blood work looks pretty good and I've felt much better the last few years. Not as easy to hold the muscle i had when i was pushing more gear but I'm happy with my physique when I'm able to focus on it when life's not too hectic. I'm probably gonna get a script from a doctor soon just to keep me in line a little more.

I took some anti depressants when young that still left me with small hard nodes under the tissue. I considered surgery. All in all I just got my body fat down which reduced any noticeable difference. Can you notice it? Sure a little. I just chose to keep my body fat under control. If you're focusing on training and nutrition it shouldn't really matter IMO. Surgery was not worth the money and the scar. I'd rather invest it in high quality food and supplements. Always make sure your estrogen is in check. I'm very sensitive to estrogen increases but only need EXTREMELY little aromasin to keep it in check. I'm talking like 1mg every 3 days. Be careful with aromasin. I did as people said to on here and tanked me e2. Worst feeling ever. I now make my own capsules of aromasin with a filler. EVERY body is different. 12.5mg eod works for some. Not for others. Dial in what your body needs and make sure your listening to your body. I don't mind a bit higher estrogen but low is a killer and takes a long time to rebound. Before considering surgery, I'd recommend getting your bf% low to see how you feel first.

Raloxifine is supposed to be superior of the 2 but if the wheel isn't broke, dont fix it. I prefer Nolvadex since its been around forever
and its tried and true with no sides ( for me anyway)

Blasting and cruising is where is at. Pct causes too much of a yo-yo effect with your hormones. IMO

Then you put in a few years in and you reliaze.. You needed so much more fuckin food and as the days go on and you get everything locked in you reliaze you weren’t training as hard as you could have been.

That could be for me too, was on antidepressants for awhile as well. Its not terrible but it really bugs me, once I hit this cut hard we will see.

How did you know which dose to try when your E2 was first high??

I was looking into trying the raloxifene method. I feel a tiny tiny tiny lump in my right, other then that they're mostly just puffy so I'm willing to give it just a shot.

If it's new, use nolva. If it's been there years and years - lower your body fat to 10%

This speaks to me. I'm 29, just transitioning out of the 'I'm training hard and eating big secret is more gear' phase. Last cycle was probably too aggressive although I didn't have intolerable sides I definitely didn't have the results you'd expect if the secret actually is more gear. Planning my next cycle and scaling back, going to just eat eat eat unprocessed food.

No pct for me been blasting and cruising better part of 1.5 yrs..little high cholesterol but that's about it.gained about 20lbs.in a year after a serious recomp...lost 25-30lbs (fat and water)then been bulking sinnce still pushing .
