Here we go again! Been cruisin for around 4 months now. Feel like my body has recovered nicely. Sittin at 205 fasted in the am.

Body fat is good. Feel like I'm ready to push again. Never stopped training hard as fuck. Lowered the food for a couple weeks then pushed again.

Goal this cycle is 10 pounds lean muscle. 12-14 weeks.

750mg Test E (Gear Church)
400 Deca (Gear Church)
300 Tren E (Uncle Z)
50mg Tbol (Gear Church)
Halo 3 times a week. (British Dragon)


First shot was today. Been cruising on 200mg a week Test E (Gear Church)

Diet is around 5,500 calories, give or take. Going to push mostly clean food. With some bull shit at least once a day. Alot of juice, shit like that for extra cals. Going to be mostly beef and rice.

Wish me luck guys I hope this rum treats me good!

Thanks bro, ya exactly. Halo is like no other steriod. Gets me so fuckin pumped to get to the gym and kill, lol. Just going to use it for maybe 3 weeks off and on.

Gotcha... it's great stuff for aggression and pure strength..... just be careful as it's very stressful on you liver.

100% one of the worst. Going to take it real easy. It never affects my appetite. I think I'm one of the ones it makes hungrier.

I'm thinking maybe one week on 2 weeks off. Still messing around with what I'm going to do on that one.
 
Went to this all you can eat steak place tonight. Pretty good. Ate a shit done of different steak and some chicken as well. Had a shit ton of rice and salad too.

Feelin great, can't wait to hit the gym tomorrow. I've been going monday- Friday 4:00-545 for the last 2 years.

Tomorrow is going to be chest and biceps. Also some squats. Squating, 2 times a week and leg day Wednesday. So squats Monday and Friday.

Pen day tomorrow, going to pen eod. A mix of Test E, Deca and Tren in one shot.

Orals will be hour and a half before workout.

In the next couple of days I'm going to be getting everything ready to start slin. If everything works out well, next run I'll be adding HGH with it. 5ius 2 hours before workout is the protocol I think I'm going to go with.

Weeks fuckin over....

Gotta a place near me thats similar called Texas de Brazil. The concept is that the servers walk around with different kinds of proteins i.e. steak, chicken , lamb, bison, pork, ostrich, and maybe a few other kinds of meats and you get to pick what you like all-you-can-eat and the sides are served buffet style.

Same we have one here,bazillion type steak house,shit pricey but really good

Yeah that's literally exactly what it is here as well. Its called, Fogo de Chao Brazilian steakhouse here. Big fan of the bacon wrapped chicken. The lamb was straight dog shit.

Never liked lamb myself.....too fatty and it seemed liked I was chewing taffy. I don't know....maybe it was the way it was prepared.

Most come and go. Most never even make it a year with consistent training.

Workout tonight:
Started out with squats, worked my way up to 315. 10x5

Then started chest, 4 exercises. 3 machines, 1 cable, Smith machine. Great pump! Combination of heavy and medium weight. Always slow and focused, never locking out. Time under tension.

Then went to triceps, 2 exercises. Alot of super sets machines as well.

Hit all meals +. Might cut out one meal. Stomach might be just bloated. So going to play it by ear next few days.

All in all was a good day. Definitely a great start. Hit my shot about 20 mins ago. No problems ever with church or uncle z always smooth never had any issues, knock on wood.

Took 50mg Tbol hour out. For got halo at home so that pissed me off. Other then that smooth workout.

Had 2 big ass breakfast sandwiches from my favorite coffee shop. Been doing this ed for about 2 weeks now.

Workin on my beef and rice shake.
210g Beef
310g rice.

Then another one at 11 and another one at 2. My 2 o'clock one I don't smash. I drink half before gym then sip on the rest throughout workout.

Still doing mad research on insulin. I think I'm about ready to go. Starting with humalin N starting with 3 IU'S pre-workout.

Shot will be at 2 o'clock. Going to pound half my shake and a few rice crispy treats, right when I take the slin.

Then going to sip on a Gatorade and my beef shake during workout. As soon as I get home going to pound another beef shake. Then what ever is for dinner.

Today is going to be back and biceps with calfs. Going to get a nice shoulder pump.

Took 4 days off halo so today going to take 10mg before workout with my 50mg Tbol.
