The secret to kratom is DOSE.
Ive read peoples doses over the years and Ive read some CRAZY doses!
I have used it selectively over the past 5 years now.
A few tips:
1. Dont use the capsules! They can easy constipate you bc the powder is going in as lumps and then the dry powder sticks to the stomach lining, its very fibrous. It also doesnt get absorbed very well.
2. Use the powder and pre-dissolve it!
Kratom powder dissolves easily in hot liquids (coffee, tea, etc...) or use a small amount of alcohol, just enough to soak the amount of kratom you are using. Ex: Half a level teaspoon of kratom powder, 1 level teaspoon of liquor. Stir that up... then add your cold liquid to dillute it and stir again.
3. LOW doses! I start with literally 1/4 of a teaspoon mixed like I described in #2 and consume. Then wait.
We all want instant relief but kratom takes some time to do its thing. If after 3-4 hours you need additional relief then repeat the process.
Even on a bad day of anytype of pain, after 2-3 small doses like this Im gtg.
I see kratom packages labeled that 3-4 grams is a dose! NO WAY!
Thats gonna cause problems either short term or long term.
Ive read guys posts saying they were using 50grams a day!
Thats insane.
If you USE it low dose, as needed, I have personally found that there are no obvious negative side effects, addiction or withdrawls.
It IS NOT an opioid!!!!
It ACTS ON your opioid receptors. Big difference.
I have used it for months everday for injuries then stopped when the injury healed and didnt have any withdrawls etc...
USE it if needed but dont ABUSE it.
Its a tool, not a way to get high.
