First off I would like to thank SB Labs, TheOldJJDigs, and Matt88 for all your help. I appreciate you all taking the time to answer questions and make ordering easy and pleasant.

This log is on my own free will, I was not asked by SB Labs to do a log. I feel a log will help keep me accountable and focused on my own goals. Yet I hope I can showcase the quality of SB Labs products that I have read so many positive reviews about.

A little about myself. I am 35 yrs old, father to 3 boys. I'm 5'11, 185 lbs currently. Not 100% sure about bf%, my guess is around 15%. I have always been a hard gainer but that has slowed down the older I get, last few years have been easier to gain size and keep it. Once I reach my goal weight I will focus on dropping my bf%. Up until my first cycle I had been lifting on and off since 18 yrs old naturally. The last 5 years have been consistent and taken seriously with diet and lifting.

I ran my first cycle with Test E 500mg/week for 12 weeks. I weighed 155 lbs when I started and ended my cycle at 180 lbs. With diet and consistency in the gym I have been able to keep my gains and actually added a few more lbs.

This cycle I will be using all SB Labs Gear.
600mg Test E/week
300mg NPP/week
25mg Proviron daily

I plan on running 12-16 weeks. If all goes well with NPP at 300mg/week for the first couple weeks and no side effects I will bump up to 400mg/week for the remainder of the cycle.

My goal is to continue gaining lean mass and hopefully get my weight up to 200-205 lbs.

Tonight will be the start of this cycle. Time to give it hell!

I firmly believe you're going to crush your goal! This cycle setup is top notch imo. While I offered my input based off of what I've learned here you did your own research. You didn't expect anyone to hand feed you. I really respect that!

Sb proviron makes me sooooo horney. It's super intense. 👌 So just keep that in mind. I like 50mg a day but it's honestly pretty intense sometimes 😂

At 5’11’ 200-205 , nice & lean sounds like a good goal. That recomp part is tough but sounds like your metabolism may be slowing down a bit (which is good for your height/weight). Wish you well.

At 5’11’ 200-205 , nice & lean sounds like a good goal. That recomp part is tough but sounds like your metabolism may be slowing down a bit (which is good for your height/weight). Wish you well.

So far the first week pinning was smooth and no pip at all. My body seems to be responding really well to the SB Labs Gear and NPP. This morning I weighed in at 188.3 lbs, working hard on reaching the goal weight of 205 lbs. Very happy with SB Labs, test e/npp/proviron all got me feeling amazing and strong.

This was about 4-5 weeks into my first cycle. Starting to gain some strength and adding weight.

This is today, 188.2 lbs and starting to show some mass gain. Loving the SB Labs Gear, NPP has been a great addition along with the proviron, I feel great and energetic. Strength is increasing like crazy. I was able to put up 100lb dumbbells on incline dumbbell bench for the first time ever. Got 6 reps which surprised myself. I'm noticing more vascularity lately for sure. Diet is as consistent as its ever been. This is week 2 on SB Labs Gear and I have no doubt this cycle is just ramping up, can't wait to see what I can do with 12-14 more weeks.

Sorry it's been a little while since last log, work is keeping me busier than usual. Making for late nights in the gym. I'll do my best to update more often and get into more detail. This is my first time logging so I'm sure I will get better at this with time haha.

Something idk if I told you or not and I should have. Since you started the test and npp at the same time it is possible you may get some dick side effects or other side effects bc the npp is a short Ester and the test is a longer ester. Meaning the npp is gonna peak in your body quicker than the test. I'd say the proviron is keeping these sides away though as u haven't mentioned any. Very soon your test will peak and you will be 100% good to go. Just something I wanted to mention that I don't think I mentioned in our conversations.

Proviron is literally my favorite steroid. Hands down. I just feel so much better on it. IMO I look better too. The fact that it's side effect profile is basically non existent in most people is just a plus.

Remember to keep that diet in check. Nandrolone (npp) HAS to have calories and protein to do what it does. If you don't properly feed it then your results will be much less. Prioritize getting your calories and protein 💪 OK, lecture over.

Keep up the great work. Excited to see how this goes for you. I'm here if you need to bounce anything off of me such as side effect management etc. Make a post, tag me here, dm. Whatever u want. Just don't throw AI or caber at it without bouncing it off of us here on the forum unless you feel you have the experience to know what to do. There is zero need to crash your estrogen when it could of been avoided. Or get gyno when it could of been avoided. That's what we are all here for on asf. Take care.

Happy to help my friend. You're a good guy! Just make sure you don't bump up calories to quickly when your weight gets stuck that way you avoid fat gain. Personally I'd suggest a full week of being stuck at your current weight before I upped calories IF you're already in a caloric surplus. If lean mass gain only is the objective then the scale is not going to be constantly moving up. If it's constantly moving up then you're gaining some fat as well. Got to remember the scale is just a number and you need to focus hard on the mirror and strengh bc u can most certainly get some recomp effect where you're losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time resulting in the scale not trending up quickly. At the end of the day it really just depends on your current body fat amount. I've made the mistake of adding calories to quickly and getting fat along with the muscle gain. Just something to watch out for. I'd suggest 50% scale and 50% mirror. Take progress photos so you can see your self change.

I'd say it would be safe to add some protein and carbs in. Or just carbs if your protein is already high. That fluctuation is probably purely water weight.

Yah I think its definitely water weight. I'll bump up protein and carbs and see what happens. Still get stronger so my thought is I'm getting bigger but weigh the same which makes me think I'm adding muscle and losing fat. Which is great, I'd just like to add weight and muscle without the fat. Or atleast ad little fat as possible.

Great log brother. NPP is awesome. You shouldn’t have any sides at 300-400 a week. NPP only has an androgenic rating of 37 so you would have more side from the test then from the NPP. Following your log brother.

Update time......
Leg day yesterday and they got destroyed. Killer workout left me damn near crawling out of the gym. Sore is an understatement today, I feel it in every inch of my legs.

Started off with walking lunges to get warmed up.
Squats - 3 sets x 10-12 reps 2 sets x 6-8 reps
Seated Leg Press - 4 sets 10-12 reps increased weight each set.
Standing Leg Press - 3 sets 10-12 reps, 2 sets 6 reps heavy weight
Calf Raises - 3 sets x 30, 30, 25 reps
Leg Extensions - 3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps
Leg Curls - 3 sets x 12, 10, 8 reps
Walking Lunges - 30lb dumbells 3 sets, last was failure.

I pushed myself harder tonight than I can ever remember. Strength is still increasing weekly along with endurance.

Weight has not changed much, still lingering 184-188 lbs. I have some work to do with my diet, I eat good and healthy but I don't think I eat enough. I'm ready to take my diet to the next level. I need to really dial everything in and start keeping track of macros or atleast protein and calorie intake.

If anyone has an app to help with calories/macros that you recommend or any tips/tricks to make diet and increasing food intake easier please hit me with it. My goal is to gain another 15-20 lbs before maintaining and tightening up.

I have tweaked my gear a little this week:

600mg Test e/week
400mg NPP/week (was 300mg/week)
50mg Proviron Daily (thinking about bumping to 75mg daily)

Tonight is Chest, my favorite gym day!

Nice bro..my leg day very similar, I'm also lingering at that exact weight,crazy cus I been consuming over 3200 calories for few weeks now,working in this heat down here sweat so much out,& burn so many calories during the work week.there is a difference in the mirror but not scale...nice log keep pushing 😀

I use it and track every single calorie I eat. Only way I could lose weight effectively for me personally. Definitely worked for me with losing 36 pounds of fat in a few short months.

P.S. free version all the way. Don't give them your money.
 
I own an Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria, hot as hell in the kitchen during the summer months here in Florida. Sweat constantly so drinking water all day long, but it's hard to find time to eat every 3 hours like I need to, that and when your so hot you don't feel like eating.

I'm thinking about trying meal prep. Buy in bulk and cook meals for the whole week. I think it will be quicker and easier to warm up a meal than trying to decide what to eat and then having go cook it all.

Thanks for the advice about MyFitnessPal. I will download that now and start getting familiar with it. Definitely time to take my diet to the next level and give this NPP the fuel it needs to work its best.

I'm planning on counting calories and protein to start off. Once I get familiar with tracking those in MyFitnessPal, I'll start tracking macros. I think a high protein and carb diet, lower in fats will work best for my body type. But then again only time will tell.
