and of course i'm speaking hyperbolic when i say im a "fat fuck".....I guess the most salient point i was trying to ask about is what steroids are better for guys who are already thick. All the the people guys i know that do gear were string beans before they started; I'm the opposite of skinny. I have never had trouble gaining weight like you hear folks say so i was just wondering.

This is a good thread for people with the issue and scared to ask. Take the advice! Bloodwork and diet in line and then we can guide you depending on your goals. You can do this bro!
 
Or never throw in gear. There is something to be said for living a fit, healthy lifestyle. For a fat fuck to want to go from sloppy, undisciplined to a bodybuilder physique is ridiculous. Wouldn’t the guy just be happy not going the Big, Tall and Fat Fuck store for clothes?

Gear, gear, gear, gear…I get this is a steroid forum but for fuck’s sake, steroids aren’t some mandatory thing every guy should be doing.

I just said something along these lines in another post . In todays age it’s gear first training second diet third … to much emphasis on supplements not enough on actual knowledge of how ez it is to not be a fat fuck and still enjoy your life ! Shits all ass backwards . This is Why I prefer the look of the 70’s and 80s bodybuilders . That’s why I stopped caring about getting bigger and started focusing on quality and improving what I have to create a balanced physique .

I was a 230 lb 5 7’ fat fuck out of the gym for like 4 years . Now I’m 170 ripped . I was never a skinny guy bean pole . I also didn’t use clen or any of the “fat burners” bc they don’t burn fat. They increase your heart rate and bp. Give you some more energy to burn some extra calories that’s not enough to make a significant impact to out weigh the side effects ..Clen is trash and horrible for your heart . You should not take this . If you are even considering this it’s bc you have already struggled with weight
Loss or your looking for magic . Trust me quit while your ahead and learn how to get into a calorie deficit . Don’t matter how much fat you have . No deficit no fat loss . Just my thoughts and opinions . Pick your poison

What does your cardio regimen look like?

Yes fitness pal is a 100% go . You can also share your food that you logged on the app with other people. I make clients use this and send me their food log to check on their diet .

You have to know Coach a little to appreciate his type of motivation skills..
Fat Fuck,is to motivate you..harshly but yes..

Also being over weight brings a whole list of complications..Without knowing Exactly where your health IS..It's risky at Best..

Buy a book or google..but start teaching yourself how to eat heathier..I used to make notes of things to change..food that helps with issues(everybody has some)..
When and what to eat..learn what the Numbers mean on bloodwork and lab panels..This will become most useful in life..with or without PED's..

You need to do diligent research on gear..AI's...half-lives..protocols...Then you will understand a great bit more and get a feel for the commitment and discipline needed...more than the Gear..

I always explain gear..Like sprinkles on a donut..gear is the smallest part..

Well now ya do!...Name's Brandon. And I'm WAY over 10% homie. Prolly more like 20 to 25%. I'm 6'5'' (really 6'4'' and 3/4) 275lbs. Long story short: all these guys are right: it's my diet. I eat well but then at night, after two pulls off a left handed cigarette, the sweet eaten begins.

That's my entire remedy! Quit eating fukn twinkies and I might (just maybe) have better results.

You're HERE and you're humble..that racks points quick..Tons of great reads.. awesome pics of T&Ass.. different threads but worth the search..Some pricks to Navigate..but 95% are here to HELP and Educate.. different methods mind YOU..but all with good intent..

Small steps in the Right direction..
I always try to get Over Weight PE...to slow things down..start with some small changes..then as you adjust..a little more..
Never an entire Make Over..

Example:
Wk One....small eating habit changes..like cutting the late night sweats..something healthier..and start walking at a harder pace..increase water intake and start some goals..1 month..6 months..1 yr..

Wk Two...smaller portions..protein intake increase(bump 50-100 grs)..hit the Bicycle two or 3x wk..(watch the knees)..start some multi vitamins and change more on diet in a positive direction..

You get the basic idea..baby steps..but always forward..
Tips....
Stay off the Scale..once a wk..and don't sweat it..
Get plenty of rest..this WILL hurt..
Stay Positive...
Tons of research..

Lastly...
I try to get PE to realize this took some time to get in the condition you in NOW..And it takes time to Reverse..

As has been said, a clean diet, cardio, and training are the key. You simply can't drug your way around this, although some steroids like tren, mast, winstrol, and to a lesser degree anavar are fat burners. And of course moderate GH makes a big difference. But after 43 years in this game (25 using gear) it always comes down to the training and diet.

Think of fitness as a deck of cards. A bunch (you deal out) are training, then a bunch are diet and you are left with quite a few still. Gear should be considered as 7 or 8 cards. I have been on TRT/HRT only for the last 3.5 years since my last 2 shows (fell short of getting my pro card...in open bodybuilding not that other...stuff) and honestly my diet is less than perfect. Not bad, but certainly not a super clean bodybuilding diet. Intermittent fasting, which I am sure has been discussed to death helps, as does a lot of supersetting/giant sets.I will use my back routine as an example.

When training, start with basic exercises on something like back and do traditional sets, keeping your reps on the high side (around 10 or so...I assume you have done basic power-bodybuilding training in the past to set a foundation). Do your traditional rows, lat pulldowns, etc. As you get close to finishing back, start supersetting. Say lower lats. Continue supersetting, say traps and rear delts so that by the time you are done lifting, you have been supersetting for a while, say 13-15 minutes. This training should be extremely hard...brutal. Once done, go immediately to your cardio and do lower intensity cardio (although you should be huffing and puffing for a while still from the giant/supersets sets) until finishing a total of 30 minutes of cardio.

For diet, I will eat clean quality protein and carbs, but I also have some pizza/pasta. ice cream as well in moderation. The hard training and IF seem to smooth everything out. And my IF is tame, I eat on a 12 by 12 schedule.

From here, now the drugs come into play giving you that last 10-15% or so needed.
