I've been on TRT for 3 years - 160mg/cyp with total test of like 1000. Before trt, I was like 200ish. With and without TRT, I had no problems with erection, but sex drive didn't exist. When I'm on mass cycles, still no sex drive and yes, blood work shows 20ish estrodial, 2000+ free test. However, this is my 2nd ever tren cycle where my test p dosage is 300mg + trt test cyp 160mg; Tren is at 500mg and my sex drive is through the roof! Haven't felt like this since in my 30s. Has this happen to anyone else? Why is tren causing my sex drive through the roof, but high level of test don't do shit on my sex drive? Wish I can talk my doc about this, but obviously I can't and don't want to disclose I'm using PED.
 
Tren has a much higher androgenic weight than testosterone. Androgens or DHT affect sexual desire and libido. You would experience the same affect using proviron, masterone, primo ect. You should read up on what affect various hormones do so you have a better understanding. Meaning the affects of anabolic, androgenic and DHT.
 
Well a couple of things here… one of the benefits of working with a “good TRT doctor“ is that those numbers youre listing vary from person to person. And it’s not necessarily about how high you can get your numbers/meaning the higher the number the better… but more what ratio of free and total testosterone is working for you. And I use the quotations when speaking on a “good” trt doctor because as many of us know there are plenty of shitty trt doctors out there.

As Sherk mentioned the higher Androgenic properties in Tren I agree completely. I’m sure there are other reasons… medically speaking that cause the side effect of increased libido. And an increased Libido, although a good thing, is still considered a side effect. I would also agree with Sherk when he mentions other DHT steroids and having the same effect. Later on after your cycle you may want to include Proviron into your TRT for no other reason other than the SHGB aspect. Plenty of men have these outcomes when adding DHT steroids to their cycle plans.

As far as your TRT goes… when you are ready to come off your cycle I would come off the other compounds, then resume your TRT protocol while giving your body a little tome to level out and the androgens to clear out. Then I would start working with your TRT doctor and really being honest with him and let him know you want to feel good and you want a strong sexual libido. Have him play around with the ratio of those numbers.. again it’s not how high we get them it’s the ratio of those numbers for each individual person. Lots of factors play a large role other than those numbers. BP, Cholestero, Blood Sugar, estrogen and prolactin levels… a lot of this im sure you’re aware of.

For now enjoy the extra boost and enjoy feeling great!! you can’t ride this train forever but when everything is working great it’s a great feeling 👍

Gotcha. That's what I was wondering. I picked up a vial awhile back but didn't mess with it since it wouldn't go far. I wonder if you can even feel anything from 50mg? I'm running 200mg/wk TRT now so I'm curious if it'd compliment it at such a low dose?

Absolutely. Even at trt dose, I will pin EOD and keep things constantly flowing. I will pin 20mg mast with my test dosage, so ~60mg wk. Libido gets a nice boost as does free test.

Cialis + proviron alongside my 200mg/week test is what I prefer.

So is the Cialis just for BP in this case?
 
BP and also for erectile issues.
Plus the combination of cialis + proviron dramatically increases my free test numbers.
I find that the combination increases my libido and sexual drive more than one or the other alone.
It is a magical combination alongside my TRT.
If you have problems with your sex drive I would highly recommend this combination.
 
Long term mast use - might cause prostate enlargement and trouble peeing, just sayin'
 
Yes....but after about 6 weeks of tren then it seems my libido drops off.
