Alright guys,

I will be running a 12-16 wk cutting cycle sponsored by Alpha Sigma. I will be giving them a fair and honest review for them and the community. I will be pulling and posting bloods at the 8 week mark.

They have done an A+ job thus far communicating and sending everything out extremely quickly and packaging has been great.

Starting Stats:
Age: 40
Height: 5' 8"
Weight: 248.6 upon waking


Cycle:
Will be on an E3D schedule

Products:
Test
Mast
Primo
Tren


Week 1 will start with below. I will update as dosages and products change.

Test 250mg
Primo 250mg
Mast 200mg

Training:

I will be starting off running a bro split 2 on 1 off. But like some instinctual training based on how my body and joints feel.


Diet:

90% of my diet will consist of the below foods just mixed and matched.

Eggs
Cream of rice/grits
Rice
Potatoes
Fruits
Vegetables
Chicken
Fish
Venison
93/7 beef
Whey protein


Supplements:

Multi
Fish oil
P5P
Telmisartan

Awesome. Same sponsored log I am running with doses at 100mg each eod and they are all prop. Also running their var for the first 30 days which is giving me crazy pumps. If you plan on doing any kind of cardio make sure to include GW, it will help with fat loss and cardio. Tren is going to kill it.

I'll be doing 35 minutes of cardio 5x a week to start. Never tried GW. I'll have to look into it.

Major game changer. I will not run tren without GW. I tried and after doing one hour of cardio daily for years I was struggling to do 15 minutes on tren. With GW in the mix no problem what so ever.
 
Will be hitting shoulders and tri's tonight for my 1st training session running Alpha Sigma. Can't wait to hit the gym. Been a busy last 4 days and haven't been in the gym.

Pinned Alpha sigma for the 2nd time and have been very impressed with how smooth and painless they have been considering the amount of oil. Absolutely zero pip or knots. My body really agrees with the carrier.

How can we tell if your bigger or more ripped. Body changes.

Not excited for the before judgement. But it’s supposed to give a “before” and then an after idea of what I accomplished using the gear.

Nice leg session last night. Started with some pre exhaust work before hitting the compounds. Today will be a cardio only day. 45 minutes walking on the treadmill.

Abductor 3 x
Adductor 3 x
Seated hamstring curls 3 x
Leg Extension 3 x
SLDL 3 x
Iso lateral leg press 3 x
Pendulum squat 1 x rest pause finisher
