1. It is a huge advantage to have a good 3-10 years training and proper nutrition before doing any AAS. It's called having a good base.
2. Stay away from the really strong stuff and only consider it after some years of experience. Stuff like trenbolone is not for beginners and not necessary.
3. Most guys need very little AAS to put on 20-25lbs in the first cycle. The first cycle is generally the most effective as far as accrued mass.
4. I personally gained 26 lbs on deca durabolin 200 mg/w and 20 mg/day dianabol.
5. I kept bout 12 lbs of that mass.
6. Using more will not yield significantly more mass on your first cycle.

Idk if it’s just pics I’ve seen of you but you’ve got really good shape.I feel like a fucking weed with 500mgs of test and 50-75 mgs of Dbol the first half of my first cycle. Even adding tren the second half didn’t come close to doing what the test/Dbol did for me the first 10 weeks.
If you got your diet right expect extraordinary results the first 10-14 weeks. It’s honestly Insane what you can do with your first cycle. Don’t waste this opportunity. Get your calories in and eat good food round the clock.
Hopefully you have a good base or you’re gonna do just that, waste your potential for your first cycle. If you’re fat you’re just probably just gonna look fatter after tbh, not forsure just what I imagine. I’f you’re over weight I would diet hard and lean out first so you can actually see and enjoy your results.
If you’re skinny, ya you could get more out of it if you train and eat like a mofo for a few years first, but you’re probably not gonna do that and IMO That’s ok as long as you got your shit together now (food and training).
I was fat before I started. Decided to run a deficit and train hard for 6 months in preparation for my first cycle. I have. No regrets doing that either and I personally am too impatient to have gone any longer naturally. I just mainly wanted to drop the pudge first which I did and then I threw in the gear and was super strict about my diet.
This is what I did first cycle, results could have been even better had I been even more strict with diet, still put on almost 30lbs. First pic was before I started dieting, second pic is after running a deficit for 6 months skinny AF and the start of my cycle, third pic is 10 weeks into first cycle (close to that anyways).

The drugs will optimize what you’re already doing.
I don’t know why people think testosterone is some weak drug.
