This is a post directed at those over 60 like myself. Any one out there still training hard, doing gear , and trying to put on size?

Yessir, I'm 60 and still hitting it hard, 3-4 days per week. But instead of trying to pack on more size, now a days I'm just maintaining. Not that I wouldn't mind bulking up, but eating big just isn't an option for me anymore. Currently I'm a solid and lean 210lbs. and pleased with my physique

Im no where near 60 but I admire anyone over 50 still killing it. Stay healthy, stay strong and live long friend!

you are a monster dude. Bravo! I’d be ok with getting to 60 let alone still grinding it in the iron shop. Well done brudda

Fuck bro, I hope I'm you when I'm 60. Much respect.

Will be 56 this year, still lifting heavy and trying to hang on to what I got...

Damn, bro. Look awesome for any age.

I’ll bump the thread in a year and a half. Monstro can bump it in 20 or so……..but I doubt it.

Just turned 50 back in October. Been traing since mid to late 20 but never really hit hard until I turned 30. Been cycling off/on for about 15 years. It seems like everyday I am starting to find a new ache or pain that wasn't there before. My body usually lets me know if I'm G2G to hit the gym. Even when I'm not I still go anyway....lol. I admire guys that are 10 years older than me and still consistently hit it hard. I wanna be like them when I grow up.

I'm 60 and started TRT 9 months ago. I do cardio every day and lift weights 4 times a week. I'm 6'2' and currently 195lbs down from 218lbs. I could never do what I do without TRT. I just wish I could stop my balls from shrinking.
HCG will reverse that.

Back to the ball obsession again.

Not 60 yet, but 53 and hit the gym 6 days/week and setting new PR here and there. Natty entire life until couple years ago, now Cruise and blast. I admire anyone still hitting it hard after 40… obstacles start popping up.

I workout with a 73 year old guy who is on TRT and in the gym 4-5 days a week… still barbell benching, squatting, etc… stud

As we age it is for certain that adjustments have to be made. Metabolism, recovery time post workout, and past injuries, all play a role and figure into the equation. Excess alcohol consumption and smoking are no-no's. Even amounts and types of gear may need adjustments also. Cycling on & off seems to help.My off cycle was always off with the help of HCG, Clomid and Nova.Today many cruise instead of coming completely off using 1-200mg's a week of test. Which I think makes sense as you get older and your natural production slows anyway. But unless you are non stop competing and you are younger coming completely off in correlation to duration on is good.
Wish you all the best, stay wise, stay healthy and be safe! God Bless.

70 years old -TRT only ~ hit the gym 4 times a week - still chasing the wife with a lil help from Cialis .Keep a close eye on BP and bloodwork .-OD
Fantastic brotha. Great ta here.

Much respect to you Brothers for still pushing and plugging away. I'm still a bit ways to go, but my goals have changed entirely, my central focus is just longevity, wellness, mobility, and just staying lean and healthy with good bloods. I'm trying to think about where I want to be at when I'm 60, instead of thinking about what to do once I turn 60.

60 here and still at it. I've had to adjust training over the past decade. Wishing I could retire early and leave the shit show and just train and hone a few business skills by myself. Get out from under the job I have that limits my opportunities and get my own consulting LLC up and running.

Stay on, they come back after a few years.

60 is the new 40, keep killing it Bro's, 63 here just got back on TRT and starting slowly in the gym. Not trying to look like a monster, just trying to look good in my age group.

I had no idea you were 60. 6 more years here before I can comment in this thread.
