Kenosha Riot

IML Gear Cream!
Nope both shootings were justified.

Well, unfortunately for your opinion, that's not how the law works. There's a reason he was charged with FIRST degree murder. There's a reason why he fled the area and state. He knows what he wanted to do, and he took the opportunity when given to him. 100% guilty. World is a better place without him.

Also, I am not, by any means justifying the looting or rioting. But, you don't get to shoot someone because of it. Especially when it is not your home, property, or life that was in danger. And no, his life was never in danger. He chose to to fire the first shot, which makes him a criminal. The people around him in the video are the ones who were in danger from him.

I mean.. if you really look more into it. He shot and killed someone in a parking lot before he was being filmed. But, I guess that's okay too.

Do you spend a lot of money around here because I can’t see why they keep you around?

Boy went to BLM rally with a gun, BLM douches chase boy with gun, BLM douches get shot.

In the video you hear “get his ass”.

My advice when see someone with a gun DO NOT attack them, this is why you plebs think police brutality is a prevalent issue.

Use of deadly force is justified to prevent a violent felony, which arson is, even in Kalifornia.
I wonder if STTM has had any LE deadly force training? Or law classes?
I could cite some case law but it’s just pointless in the pit.

I get so sick and tired of arguing semantics and ancillary reasons why this, that or the other happens when no one talks about the root cause.

And the left is so fucking dishonest about this I have no idea how they make it through next voting cycle.

No, I have a real education.

and you are also incorrect about what you just said.. especially in this situation.

Really? So if someone chases me down and hits me in the head with a skateboard I cannot shoot them? Ummm, okay.

I am not saying that, you have to take the entire thing into consideration. He had already used his gun unlawfully. He literally shot someone in the head. Everything after that is irrelevant. There's more to the story then that 1 minute video. The people were trying to disarm him. So yes, you can theoretically say he was trying to defend himself from them. But he had already used his gun illegally, and was carrying it illegally. He is guilty.

So you are telling me.. if I decide to shoot someone intentionally, then try to shoot another person that was trying to disarm me.. I was acting in self defense?

Luckily we have people like him trying to prevent these low life hoodrats from destroying other people's property. I hope he gets off on all charges.

Nah, he's a low life too. There's no excuse for the looting and rioting, and there's no excuse for thinking he's the law and shooting someone in the head, and then opening fire on others.

He will probably plea to 2nd or 3rd degree murder, get 25 years.. and get released on parole after 10.

Bigger picture?

We pay taxes so our local police/government protect us...making it unnecessary for us to take the law into our own hands (most of the time).

Gun sales are at an all time high. Ammo is sold out. People are genuinely thinking about their safety and welfare of their families.

We are supposed to feel safe. Our government is being paid to protect us...via taxes. If they don't then give us back our fucking money!!!

And let us defend ourselves with impunity.

I'll give you this, you make me laugh clown.

You do realize the S.C. has already ruled that cops are under no compulsion to protect you, your family, your friends....etc. Just who is going to do it? Clearly by your lack of courage it will not be you. I feel sorry for your wife and kids....then again....maybe i don't and you all deserve each other and what is coming your way. We all know you are one the looters or at least support them. You are not an American and I hope you die at the hands of the same criminal scumbags you are so keen on protecting.

I'm taking it you didn't watch the video of the first shooting. It's easy to find. He was running from them and had to turn around and shoot. Most likely afraid they were going to beat him to death.

He was a dumb LARPer, but had the right to defend himself. Both acts were self defense. I think it's rather hilarious you think they charged him for something other than political reasons and to prevent further riots

This kind of confuses me.. who exactly am I supporting? Just because I don't think a dumb kid, that showed up to a riot and opened fire on people, should be considered a hero.. I am someone how not American, and you hope me and my family die? That's real nice.. I guess that speaks for your character. It's actually quite sad you find it necessary to say something like that.

I don't support the looters and rioters.

The kid is from Illinois. He drove up to Kenosha, as part of his militia, to "police" things. He illegally carried a gun. He illegal brandished a gun. He illegal shot a guy in the head. He shot and shot at people trying to disarm him. He fled the area and state because he knew what he did was wrong. He is not a hero.. he should not be seen as one. All of this is true. Sorry I don't support a kid who thinks it's his job to shoot people.

how do you know the first shooting wasn’t in self defense? You have a link to that video? Thanks

No, he shot someone intentionally.. not in self defense, and then ran. You can here in the video, even before he starts shooting again, that he had just shot someone. People were trying to disarm him, and he then shot at them trying to "protect" himself. He's a terrorist, a murderer, and should be treated as such.

The video is on Twitter. They were chasing him down and trying to beat his ass while the other people were cheering them on. Seemed fairly clear cut to me. After it happened the kid called 911 too, he didn't run away. Not sure where he got that part

Yeah not so much in the videos I watched. At all. There's two videos. I'm thinking you're seeing some selective editing. He ran, then ran right back and called 911. It's clearly in the video.

No you are just deflecting....you are a scumbag...you certainly support the looters and rioters, because when you sit at home bitching about somebody who is trying to stop it....to help fellow citizens you admit your culpability. You also claim looters and rioters are good to go, because you claim it is wrong to protect one's family, land, belongings, community. That is communist talk. Communists like you believe only the state can own property there for only the state can decide to protect it or not.... and since citizens are property of the state as well....only the state can decide to protect you or not. But by all means please....explain to me how you would handle all this? Besides cowering behind your wife and kids saying"no, take it all, it's all yours....big bad criminal guy...." lol

First, it is illegal to brandish a weapon. So.. say a person on the street had a gun, legally concealed, or was legally open carrying.. he could have pulled his gun on him, and shot in self defense. So just the fact that he had his gun out, ready to use.. pretty much means any thought of him acting in self defense is out the window.

Second, no I do not have a video.. I don't know if there is one. Just reports that he shot a guy in the head, and then left the scene.. and then thats where the video comes in of him running down the street. It was reported that he had is weapon out, and was walking around and aiming it at people. That's not self defense.

I don’t see where it says it’s illegal to carry a rifle openly in Wisconsin.

You just said there that you can see it in the video? But you haven't seen the video.

The fact that the victims were white should be enough to not care about these specific deaths. Let us again focus on black lives... because they are the ones that matter. Especially the criminal ones.

that’s the message, right?

You just said there that you can see it in the video? But you haven't seen the video.

No, I am saying that you can hear it in the main video that was posted by the guy live streaming, that he had just shot someone. I am not claiming that I saw a video of the first shooting. So if you have the info.. please post it and I will look.

Oh hear, gotcha. I'll dig it up and post it. Ian Miles Chong on Twitter posted it from two separate angles if you have a chance to pull it up before I do. I just got real busy at work and gotta get my ass to the gym

It's illegal to open carry under the age of 18. He was 17.

Open carrying isn't having your weapon out and ready to use, that is brandishing, which is also illegal. Open carrying is having your weapon easily visible to others. It is not legal, in any way, to have your weapon out in public, ready to use.
