Get Shredded!
Just because I felt terrible, did five 3.5ml shots of gluthalione and didn't feel like pinning anymore. I did a 250mg test e and 250mg eq shot yesterday. Back in the gym today for a half workout. Im still coughing up yellow goo out of my lungs from a respiratory infection so I'm not over this yet.
Dam rehh sorry to hear bout the sickness and infection. Get well and.rest up

Here you can see my fitbit log of my workouts. 8 days of zero minutes then last 5 days in a row in the gym. Fitbit records minutes with a elevated heart rate and activity which shows up on my workouts. The 15 and 13 minute days I worked out longer than that, just didn't record it because I was taking it easy so my heart rate wasn't high enough to record as physical activity. Normally I keep a fast pace so my heart rate stays up 90-120 bpm.

Hey REHH.

Hope you are back to 100% soon. Had a question for you. Have you noticed any changes in your cardiovascular capabilities/health since starting your SARMS?

The reason I ask is that I'm around your age, and just had a calcium test done and despite great BP, cholesterol of 150 (total) and good bloods, I came up as a pretty moderate risk on the calcium score.

My family has a history of heart issues but I'm sure a dozen years of cycles don't help. As you know, I'm running orange tops from Iron Lion but the sides get to me and I'm thinking of going SARMS (MK677, GW501516, RAD140) but cannot find any reliable info on cardiovascular effects from SARMS.

Thanks

Less cardiovascular sides is what I see from using sarms. It will lower your HDL, some of them will anyways. The ones that hold the most water weight like mk-677 and lgd 4033 will raise blood pressure some but less than d-bol. I don't get the racing heart, anxiety or shortness of breath. I've only used the recommended dosages though and don't push things as high as some guys do.

Sucking up water and eating more food......a sure fire way to gain weight....lol. These sarms make me hungry and thirsty....fast!! Like in one day, mostly the MK677, but I already have a better pump too.

Today was Abs, calves and hams.

Hit gym all week, taking today off.
MK677 10mg ed
MK2866 10mg ed
YK11 5mg ed

I'll double these dosages next week

Well I doubled my dosages yesterday, so now
20mg MK677
20mg MK2866
10mg YK11
Can feel the hunger increase and pump already.
Quads and glutes yesterday, chest and Triceps today.
They closed down all the gyms here but Gold's is allowing access to the weight area with the 24hr access card.

Here's my Fitbit activity log, these are minutes of intense activity with a elevated heart rate

IML Gear Cream!
Log from yesterday, hit all my goals except 8hrs sleep, and a solid workout at Gold's. The exercise part that says 1 out of 5 days it's just trying to track running or cardio.

Hopefully can stay away from the virus. I'll start training at home a little since it looks like all the gyms will be closed for a while. Don't have much at home to train with, maybe buy some stuff.

Bands work ok. Also, body weight exercises and a backpack filled with books can help. People are trying to get huge $ for their dumbbells right now.

Yeah that doesn't surprise me I hadn't even checked around yet but I bet you're right they're marking everything way up

Well looks like I'm back in buisness. Put my new squat rack together and got my first workout in. Also did some deadlifts with the trap bar. Need to buy more weight. Got more equipment on the way.
Legs
8 sets barbell squats
3 sets trap bar deadlifts
3 sets dumbell lunges

Just picked up an adjustable commercial bench, was able to do barbell flat bench and incline bench with the squat rack, then dumbell incline bench. Skull crushers and iso-lateral dumbell tricep extensions for tris.

Very nice! Looks like your putting together a nice home gym. I really like that squat rack/ bench press. Simple and effective. Can’t beat that.

Yeah thanks man, trying to put it together. Just got back from the wholesaler. Bought a weight tree and a lot of plates, they were sold out of 45lb plates, dumbells, Olympic bars, curl bars. Here is a pic of all they had left, I loaded up my weight tree with 25, 10, and 5lb plates.

Thanks. Wife and I trying to get setup. We're both hitting the weights again. I did back and bis tonight. We have some resistance bands too now, wife just got in her TRX yesterday. I've never fooled with bands much before but I will now.

More equipment........!!!

Can now do pullups, dips and leg raises, getting ready to break this in today.

Sissy squat coming in today.

Still training at home, got word today from the governor that he might allow gyms to start opening up as soon as this Friday, if they do things will start getting rolling again and I'll hop back on and finish up the rest of my sarms
