Update with coach, I will get some pictures up st some point today or tommorrow, down to under 10% body fat and still putting on some muscle moving macros to 225-protein 50 carbs and 175 carbs keeping cardio at 10 hours a week all is well with zzz

The first date 1-8 and 2-1 was when I first started with my coach and was natty, I started my cycle 2-14 so 2 months roughly dropped 4% body fat and gained 15 lbs of lean body mass current cycle
Tren ace 75 every 2 days
Masteron prop 100 mg every 2 days
Test prop 100 mg every 2 days
Arimidex 1 mg everyday
Winstrol 50 mg every day

I'm pretty sure you're not under 10% bf........ That pic isn't the best angle though but seeing as how you have no definition in the serratus, quite a bit of lower back fat and lower abdominal fat, I highly doubt it.

Been busy with work and getting all this cardio in, the cut off for the competition is next Saturday which is two weeks out worst case I extend two weeks and go and do another show butgoing to do everything from now until then to get this body fat down. I stared EP clen on Friday and up to 80 mg today and that stuff is STRONG. I’ve dropped 7lbs which I imagine a lot is water since my check in Thursday so will get some pics up the next couple days but pushing through trying to make this show

Pic from today so since last Thursday I’ve dropped 9lbs while adding clen and carbs were 250 then and I’ve been on 175 grams since Saturday and coming down to 100 starting tommorrow, the fat is melting and it’s coming together, still a little bit in the love handles I do have Helios on hand but the EP clen is doing its thing

How many weeks to go my man

3 weeks, I have a check in Tuesday and ideally I want to be 7 or under the way the fat is coming off I’m certain with diet cardio and the gear I can make the show just by the progress I’ve made in the past week and half, now it will only be competing in true novice and novice which I’m fine with for the first show it was my goal to do so I’m going to keep pushing to make it happen

The E P clen has defiantly helped dropped 4 percent in the past month goal is to be under 6 for the show cutting complex carbs two weeks out so grit and grind for the next 19 days, shout out to zzz for the amazing gear now just putting in the work and making this happen

Energy is low especially in the evening time but making the most of the calorie deficit and getting this cardio done

2 weeks from Saturday at 7.6 % body fat I’ve been dropping 1% every week since dropping the carbs now adding the EP clen with a little Helios it’s all coming together whether I have to do 10 hours of cardio till peak week I will be on that stage may 12th, mind over matter

Shoot at 7.6 you should already be sharp pretty soon that skeletor face should kick in and the serats, obliques and abs should be popping nicely.
