Bitcoin help!

so I've order from several sources here using bitcoin and never had a prob. just tried a new source with a great reputation but is asking for transaction hash id of bitcoin payment? I sent him a screenshot of the funds sent page but they responded asking for the trans hash id again and I have no idea what that is. is it the sent or received #?? order is for caber and hcg and I need both. T/A was supposed to be 2-3 days and I don't think my order was even shipped even though they received my payment. any help would be appreciated.

Go to www.blockchain.com. Then under their search featyre you can input your wallet ID or transaction ID and it will display all the info you need.

This is pretty common. Some of these sponsors get a lot of orders. What's the big deal with sending the hash id so they know which payment was yours?
