I'm considering adding cialis pre-workout. I've never used it and I'd appreciate any information on personal experience from anyone... dosing, timing, sides, etc.

Just take half a dropper every morning. I don't see a difference when I workout immediately after vs. dose in morning and lift in afternoon. Cialis is meant to last a couple of days, unlike Viagra which is meant for immediate action.

I have used it 100's of times if not more, you can take it before you go to the gym or like socal said in the morning. The pumps are just ridiculous but the nasal congestion sucks

I agree amazing pumps and for me the nasal congestion went away completely after about a month of dosing it and i never get that anymore thankfully. Viagra however still does this too me but I don’t take viagra nearly as much I prefer cialis any day
 
I love GC cialis I also take it everyday and have been for 3-4 months, now I’ve never got the congestion as others with cialis but I did with viagra.

Not worth the nose fuckery that it does. Water, sodium, and carbs are much more pleasant.

I would not use cialis as a replacement to water, carbs and sodium, those are mandatory staples, cialis should be used only as a supplement, imo

There are many benefits to Cialis besides erection issues and a increased pump. Guys go overboard with the dose....slamming 20mg daily is just stupid. 5-10mg daily is perfect. Who in the world would use Cialis as a replacement for water,sodium and carbs? That’s just ignorant.

Man I haven’t had any nasal issues whatsoever, however I have been experiencing the constant dull headache. Hasn’t been anything insane or something I couldn’t deal with, but I can tell there’s a tightness/ache in the back of my head.

Bump it it down to 5-7mg per day. You don’t need much.
