What's up guys. It's been a long time since I was a regular on this board. I think sometime around August was my last "consistent" post.

I finally managed to grab life by the horns a few months back. Grew some balls and decided to give my ex the divorce she wanted. Found me a good woman and pretty much a new lease on life.


To say I fell off between July and January would be a HUGE understatement. I withered to 180lbs and couldnt eat without shitting my brains out and throwing up. Diagnosed with multiple food allergies and all the stress pretty much ate away at all the work I had put in since my car wreck in July of 2016.


Seeing as I had such a positive order experience with GC I thought I would do him the courtesy of logging (not that he really needs more proof of solid products) his Tren A/Mast P blend.

I'll throw up a before photo when I get home but in the mean time...

Current:
216lbs
15% ish bodyfat

Goal:
215lbs
12% ish bodyfat


To be clear I'm already on week 3 of Test C at 500mg so it's already peaking.

Cycle:

Test C: 500mg EW (12 weeks)
Tren A: 45mg ED (9 weeks)
Mast P: 45mg ED (9 weeks)

Dosing is funky for the Tren and Mast because its dosed at 150mg per mL and I'll be pinning .6mL EOD and seeing as I picked up 2 bottles it will run me just over 9 weeks.


Also have some GC Cialis on hand since I have a few trips planned with my woman between now and the end of this cycle.



My training is SOLELY aesthetics. I realized I only wanted to be massive when I was married because I had 0 self esteem and my ex always made comments about how "women like a man that makes them feel safe and petite". I fucked with alot of different drugs, played with slin, dnp and large dosages of gh (to be fair the GH was more to recover and avoid surgery from my car accident). But I'm mentally in a much better situation and realize I want to stick around for a few more decades. No need to run a gram of tren and mast

My long term goal is a lean 225ish but this cycle is going to be an easy recomp. If I did my math right I'm shooting for 7lbs of lean mass gain and 7lbs of fat loss over 9 weeks. Seems reasonable given trens nutrient partitioning skills. I am pretty excited to run tren and mast together. Mast is hands down my favorite compound just on how good I feel with it (even at as low as 350mg EW) and it clears up the gyno that I have.


Diet is going to be the standard bro foods. Chicken breast, tuna, egg whites, jasmine rice. Red meat once or twice a week depending on how I feel, but other than that cheating will consist if a few of my favorite clean foods in massive quantities (Walmart ground chicken with red pepper or ground beef with chicken broth). I dont enjoy my old go to's like pizza or Chinese thanks to being allergic to wheat, sesame and peanuts.

Just got home from a 12 hour shift. I'm an assistant GM for a gym so long day of selling memberships and personal training to all the "I want a summer body but just want a free trial" types.

Someone decided to help themselves to the chicken I had in the fridge (I pre weigh and bring a big ass bag every few days to leave in the fridge). So I survived on energy drinks which meant I am pretty water logged and bloated.

Gonna load some of this beautiful amber nectar and then grab some sleep. Lots of shit to do tomorrow between work and mothers day.

Just a quick update. Apologies first off for the photo size...uploading on my phone and cant resize

30 minutes of LISS today...no weights as I had to adjust my schedule so that I could get to my folks for an early Mothers Day dinner.


At dinner...kept it clean...no baked beans, no garlic bread or corn...just a top sirloin and a big ass potato no butter.

But here is the kicker...

I mentioned food allergies in my original post...MOST seasonings dont sit well in my stomach...

Lawry's is a KILLER for me...usually notice it within a few hours...bloating...nausea...diarrhea...sulfur burps...


My pops thought he was doing me a favor by seasoning my steak and cooking it for me while I was heading over....but he added Lawrys (and I was famished so I scarfed it down not even thinking.)


So here I am now...it doesnt look "bad" but it feels like I'm gonna pop. I think I'll do a little more LISS later tonight depending on what happens. My stomach sounds like I have a dubstep remix in my stomach from all the noise. I'll probably be stuck in the bathroom for the next few hours but we will see...

Hit back and some delts today.

Nothing too crazy. Got some shit news at work and was just feeling like crap all day. Didnt have much in terms of calories before my workout yet had a pretty damn good pump going off very little work.


Pull ups:BWx3x8
Wide Grip Lat Pulls: 115x3x12 130x12
Iso Lateral Lat Pulls: 70x3x12 (held the stretch for 60 seconds after each set)
Cable Side Laterals: 15x4x15 superset
Cable High Pulls: 30x4x15

Still struggling with some post Mothers Day bloat/allergic reaction. Heartburn like a mother fucker.

I decided to go EOD on my shots. Saturday was .6mL of Tren A/Mast P with 1mL of test into my left glute. Tonight was .3mL in my left bicep with .3mL in my right bicep.


I notice during each pin, I felt as if I was pinning pure fire and after I notice a very deep ache. Nothing overly severe but just different from normal. I have never used Mig before so maybe that's it but it's not the end of the world. If I wanted comfort I wouldnt be in this game right?

Ya bro.. I have to run acid reducers when running Tren or else I'll be burping up stomach bile all day long lol.. it's a love hate kinda thing with tren for me..but way more love in it's recomping abilities..keep pushing homeboy

Yea I run it just to be safe. Its hit an miss for me with tren. Usually late into the cycle is when it starts. But I also have Gerd and when you throw in the whole food allergy thing some nights I'm throwing up just straight bile/acid in my sleep.

So I definitely notice after I pin I have that “ache” feeling as well, but the next day it’s all G2G. GC won’t lead you astray man, if you have some serious issues just reach out and speak with him, but it sounds to me like it’s just achey from being high dosed gear. I had the same thing going on my first couple pins, though I don’t know whether it was the Mig or the dosing, but regardless my body eventually got used to it and now it’s all good

Yea my biceps are toasted this morning. I think it's more the concentration than the mig...

But I definitely blame mig for that fire feeling. Weirdest shit lol.

Helped a buddy move today. Shit ton of furniture and wound up with a work emergency and had to go into work. Tomorrow is gonna be chest and quads since I missed quads today.

Yeah that 300mg tren a/mast p has a little bite, but it's honestly not bad imo. I always get sore as hell from those two, even at 100mg/mL. Tren a and npp being the worst offenders for me.

Come to find out I apparently have cellulitis on my right bicep where I pinned. I had a small red blotch yesterday (no pain) but today it was getting tender and the red mark tripled in size. I went to urgent care because I could barely walk, stand or even lay down from severe back pain (my entire back and neck).

Doc said the redness was cellulitis not an abscess or anything. Did a urine sample and found blood in my urine.

So back pain is related to some sort of additional infection or kidney stones. She was tapping on my back and when she hit my right kidney, the pain went from a small tap to a dull ache to full blown knotting/cramping over the course of a few hours.


Oh and to top it of I guess my ex wife is supposed to be working at one of the gyms I frequent with my lady. She's tripping out over the possibility of me and my new woman showing up. All this after a long tangent of how she has apparently been fucking some world record holder and how he is going to train her and get her setting records again (not trying to name drop in the event they frequent this page).

Exes are fucking psychopaths. How you can ask for a divorce. Fuck a new dude every 2 weeks and then make a stink about me dating someone and possibly showing up at your work?

For fucks sake.


Anyways I am not sure what to do exactly. I dont want to abort the cycle but I have to go back tomorrow to check my arm (doc drew a circle around it to make sure it doesnt get bigger) and I have to wait for some urine test to come back regarding my kidneys so...🤷*♂️
 
Are you using proper cleaning programs on your skin and the vial? Heavy alcohol swab on both items? It sounds like you have a lot going on right now in your life which is taking the focus off of your goals. My two cents is to shut down the cycle, start TRT and get your diet and health 100% dialed in.

Oh yea I have seen some shit. Dudes reusing the same needle to draw with for months. Hell my ex used to draw and pin without sterilizing anything.

I figure I'll stay on my regular test dose until I figure out what's wrong.

I'm back. Went to back to Urgent care Friday for a follow up. I still had blood in my urine but this time I also had high levels of protein.

Went to the ER (their recommendation as they had a person in earlier that day who wound up in the ER with stones).

Blood came back fine. Liver enzymes were around 30 (I may or may not have blasted a week of injectable SD at 25mg a few weeks ago so pretty surprised to find them in range). Kidneys apparently showed some stress but nothing indicating infection.

Urine came back with blood and protein.. 8 RBCs...8...which is "nothing" and the protein could be due to working out (I told the doc I run a gym). Oddly enough I hadnt lifted in a solid 2 days. She looked at my cat scan results and said "yup...so its severe muscle spasms then because you have no kidney stones in your scan and a muscle spasm can be on par with a rough workout soreness wise"


Doped me up all weekend on norcos and muscle relaxants and I was right as rain come Monday morning. Decided to pop 25mgs of cialis to "celebrate" and guess what happened? Woke up around midnight with incredible back pain. And guess what the sides of Cialis are? BACK PAIN....

Popped some more norcos and muscle relaxers and I felt fine the next morning.




So moral of the stories fellas?

I blew 300 bucks to realize I basically was dealing with a pretty gnarly reaction to cialis...gonna drop my dosage to 10mg and see how it goes from there. My past experience with cialis (straight from walgreens) was that 20mg didnt do shit for me. I never would have expected such an insanely potent UGL (no offense to GC)
 
Oh yea. I knew I was forgetting something. Apologies as I am brain dead at the moment.

My log is officially "back on" so...

Hit legs today. Started nicely with some squats, felt strong but my hips and knees were feeling shakey so I decided to say fuck it and do something stupid to burn myself out. I knew going heavy was a bad idea so instead my workout turned out like this.


Back Squats: 200x3x8 then 200x20
Walking lunges: 2x20
Recumbent Bike: level 5 for 15 minutes.

I honestly havent hit a 20 rep set in at least 3.5 years (185 for 20 just before my wreck). I recorded the set and as soon as I racked it I was down for a good 5, maybe 10 minutes before I had enough blood flow to think.

I got a super hard stretch on the walking lunges and held each one at the bottom for a second or two. Really stretched and flushed blood into my quads.

Ate dinner and then went and did another 30 minutes of the stationary bike at level 5.

It wasn't much, but it definitely did the job on my quads and most importantly my knees and hip feel GREAT. Tomorrow is gonna be some back and shoulder work not quite sure what yet but I have some ideas.

10mg of quality cialis is all you need per day. Never had back pain with cialis....interesting. 25mg is an insane dose...way too much.
