Yea I’ve got some chub , but I can lift a lot more than before and put on serious size . Here’s another challenge with the new year coming up , find the skinniest scrawniest dude in the gym . Help him without aas then post pics at the end of 2018

AAS is not your issue. You have to be eating and lifting wrong.

Im not 100% beach ready year round but I am consistent in my workouts regardless.
