Oral or inj... what supps are you guys using to try to stay healthy and minimize sides?
 
My opinion is the most important supps are the "essential nutrients". Without them all the designer stuff is like putting lipstick on a pig.
 
true brother...I dont take much for supps though will get liv protection of some kind be it TUDCA or what
