This forum looks like a great place so I decided to join. I have been lifting since high school, but I had a long hiatus due to back problems. It required a spinal fusion to fix everything, but im healed completely from the back surgery. Due to the long lay off and being on enough pain killers (prescribed) to kill an elephant it took a while to get back. Im 6' tall 200lbs, bodyfat is under 20% but over 15. Not to sure I dont trust the caliper measurement so thats my best guess. Im here to learn and share what knowledge I have. Thanks for having me.
