Just wanted to see if anybody else has tried Papa Dan's Jerkey. By far the best I've ever had. Also if you have a good brand of beef jerky( not the Shit they sell at 711) post it up!

It's amazing, soft and tender brisket.
 
Honestly the best I ever had was from that "friend of a friend" scenario just some guy someone knows who has all the equipment and just does it on his own time, that store bought stuff is like trying to chew through a leather belt
 
Make it yourself. It's not difficult, and once you tweak a recipe to your perfection, you're set forever.
