So this is my first time that I've posted a training log.
I am a huge advocate of high volume with heavy weight. It has taken me from 200 to 240 in 2 years and now I'm slowly cleaning up the diet and leaning out.
All of my training sessions last for about 60-90 minutes and rest time between set is about 60-90 seconds ( unless I have a back pump Lol)

Here is last nights back and light triceps workout:
Weight/reps

Barbell row- 135/20, 225/20, 315/10, 365/8, 315/12

T-bar row (with chest pad)- 135/20, 180/12, 280/6, 180/10

Dumbbell row- 100/15, 120/15, 140/12

Wide grip lat pull down- 120/20, 160/15, 180/15

Dips- 240/20, 240/20, 240/20

Total volume- 57,250lbs
