So I made an order last weekend from the US store. Only two American options for shipping are priority mail and express, so I picked priority mail since its half the price. Okay should be 2-4 days, like the basicstero site and the USPS site says. I get an email saying it shipped out at literally the start of the week Monday morning. 24 hours passes with no tracking number, so I emailed asking for one. I'm told its not available yet, which is weird since multiple other places that I have ordered stuff from gave me a tracking number before USPS even obtained the package. Another 24 hours passes, then I finally get the number. Which doesn't even work for almost another day, until the first update says that USPS has just received the package (two full days after I received the email saying it shipped).
Whenever I check for updates, under the section where it says POSTAL PRODUCT: (where it should say priority mail like it does with my other items that are being shipped that way) there is nothing. Since tomorrow is Sunday, my order will have taken 8-9 days to get here instead of the 2-4 that is promised by the site and also by the shipping service that I supposedly paid for.
I'm not planning on using what I bought for a few more weeks, so its no emergency that its not here yet, but I can't help but be annoyed that it will have taken twice as long to get here as advertised, and that the shipping method that I was promised, and paid for, was not used.
