Hello everyone!

Ive been lurking here for a year or so with gear on the mind. I've been lifting for about 5 years now, maybe a bit more.

Right now I'm not anything special, 6'2, 215 lbs, and about 12-15% Bf. Been trying to lay on some solid muscle and hopefully soon it'll be time to shred the old Russian puff coat and rock some abs!
