removing glands from nipples

A guy i worked for had it done. He was a big time steroid user prior... typical story never ran an AI or used any SERMS. In his defense when he was using the internet wasn't what it is now and information wasn't available the way it is now.

He had the surgery in on one side. The scar that it left was noticeable and imo looked rough as shit. Granted the surgery was done in the 90's so i doubt know how relevant this is. I'm sure technology in the medical field has gotten much better and for all o know he could have gone to a qwack doctor. But ya man it didn't look appealing in the least. Disfigured is a word i would associate with the cosmetic look to his chest.

We would work in the summer with our shirts off; carpenters on a 95 degree day might as well get some color. He would leave his shirt on for most part and id guess the reason for it was the look of his nip, lol.
 
I haven't noticed anything obvious in pics I've seen on cosmetic surgery review sites.

Aside, I've been looking into doing this and while there's a wonderful surgeon near me in NYC who's done a number of world class BBers the price is around $6,500. I've recently found specialists in Canada who look pretty good but cost only about $2,200 after the exchange rate.
