Hi all, glad I found this forum. Great info shared here. I am 50 yrs old and have plateaued and need advice. I train hard and manage a lower carb diet but I am struggling with losing ab and side fat . I also include regular cardio. I also want to see muscle definition come through. Old age and low T are issues so I am looking for advice. I have not been on anything for many years. Should I be considering Test long term or cycle it. With old age and declining test levels I`m affraid when I go off I will go backwards.
