alright brothers this is going to be my first log ever im 33 years old stats 5'11 218 with 8 years of pretty consistent training and probably 7 cycles under my belt mainly prohormones and i have been on TRT the past 3 years. my diet has never been great but no fast food or sodas honestly i eat to many sweets but will try to cut that out completely this 3-5 month run. here is the cycle i have planned but may up dosage and length

1-4 Dbol 30mg a day
1-14 Test E 600mg a week
1-12 Deca 450mg a week
9-13 Winny 40mg a day
1-14 adex .25mg eod
prami on hand and NAC week 1-14 and tudca on days i take orals

this have been my workouts this week

i dont go heavy on most leg exercises anymore but plan to add a little more weight during the cycle

ok taking selfies is not easy and im just now started flexing because i knew i would be doing this log so i have work to do on that as well

Not gonna lie completely stopped reading and taking your log serious after this statement.

205 on a smith for 8 reps vs 340 on a smith for bench?

For real?

1) get off the damn smith machine
2) put some damn weight on the bar, unless you are injured, at age 33 there is no reason your bench should dominate your squat like that...

alright it was shoulder day with a little traps now let me see if i can remember what all i did. well my neck was sore for whatever reason today and almost took the day off but was able to have a pretty good workout

military press smith machine with 60lbs behind the neck press between sets

today was day 6 on dbol and its starting to kick in. i had a great pump even with i light back/bicep workout. i had appointment with the chiropractor after gym but left after waiting a hour. my neck/trap was giving me problems over the weekend and a little today but should be good tomorrow. i will try to remember to check to see if i gained any weight tomorrow but i was told by a lady tonight that my arms are looking bigger and then she felt up on me. I wont be updating daily but a few times a week on progress with a few pics here and there. Thanks Darius and pharmacomstore this ride is going to be great
 
my wife is sick and her training partner ask me to workout with her today so i did. i had a pretty good chest workout went to the gym at noon which only got one full meal in and small snack before workout. im one that usually needs 2 good meals in me before training. i usually use smith machine when i plan to lift heavy so i started out with a few warm up sets and my shoulder was feeling good. i noticed in the mirror i was really pumped after the warm ups and pretty vascular.

pretty good workout today even though im still sick i hit back pretty hard on some lifts. i upped the dbol to 40mg preworkout i noticed this morning while taking a shower my chest was pretty pumped and i havent done chest in 2 days also my arms have been swole. i did burnout on preacher curls and wasnt able to get the full range of motion because of the pump

Good luck with your log! I noticed you took some heat from one fellow about the smith machine. I see you are 33 yrs old. I'm not sure that matters though about what I'm going to say. I'm turning 48 yrs old tomorrow. The smith machine is a very valuable tool in my opinion. I have aches and worn out parts at my age, and you may have some issues to. What makes the smith machine so valuable in my opinion is you have so much more control with movements. I'm sure there will be people who would disagree with my thinking, but when I make my lifts, I want to have total control through my movement, and concentrate on the muscle and proper contraction. I don't want to have to worry about any balance issues that might cause pain through my motions. I just believe it is a valuable machine for certain situations. Good luck!

thanks brother i try to mix it up with free weights and machines like you said it has its place. i want to grow without getting injured. i had my day loading up the squat rack and actually look forward to seeing what i can do in the up coming weeks. my oldest son just turned 15 and is training with the varsity football team now which this week they are maxing out. he has trained for 2 years mainly sticking to form 8-12 reps so im excited to see what he can do. its very motivating for me

I get a kink in my left shoulder if Im not mindful of form and without a doubt front bar raises are a no no instant shoulder pain......are doin lower weight ? Is it not a issue doin front dumbbell raises for you.....

no problems with front raises i get sharp pain at times with side raises and military press but very little the past few weeks and was even able to throw the football with my son 2 weeks ago but cant shoot a basketball yet. i have always been real strict with form with every exercise
