Hi guys,
I would want to introduce myself. I am 23 this year and have been training for 4 years.
I weigh 74kgs and standing at 14% body fat.
My goal is to gain some quality mass.
I am aware that there are many experienced lifters here and I am very excited to learn more and take advices that will aid in my progress.
