Banner in Signature

Anyone know how to get a banner into their signature here? I have one in mine over at IML, but it doesn't seem to work here.

You dont see it cause I didn't upload it yet

You can't copy and paste, you have to upload the image or have an image url. I didn't realize this at first cause I didn't look 2 lines below the input box. Yes, yes I have adhd. Lol
