I've been looking around on this forum for a few days now. I'm really impressed with the knowledge and attitude in here. I'm 32, been lifting since 21. 6'3, 235, a little soft in the waist. I've done two cycles in the past, but it was hand me downs from gym buddies and I really didn't properly research anything besides the usual bro science. I'm mostly looking to educate myself, research protocols, and have some educated feedback.
