hey just introducing, new member here, looks like a great active board so looking forward to being a part of it.

I have been lifting for about 10 years now, had to stop for several years due to injuries, but I am back in the game now.
Stats are about 205 pounds 5'9 down to around 12% now since starting back at around 19% let myself go haha.

Anyways glad to be here.
