Insulin Question. Stats, plan etc in chat. (Finishing touch)

Hey guys!
I've search for help at another forum, but was suggested to go here. Apparently this is where people who knows stuff are to find.

STATS/History
Age: 25, trained 10-11 years
Competing plans: Yes, when the shape is right (Hopefully 2-3 years)
Weight: 215-235 pounds (95/105kg)
Fat %: 11-15% (Been awhile since messured, but still got visible abs, veins etc)

Cycle: 5 cycles
1. 12 weeks: Test (500) – With 4 weeks of Dbol
2. 16 weeks: Test/primo (500/300 -> 750/500)
3. 15 weeks: Test/EQ (500/600 -> 750/600)
4. 15 weeks: Test/Deca/EQ (500/600/500 -> 750/600/500)
5. 16 weeks: Test/Deca/EQ/GHRP2/Mod GRR 1-29 (750/750/500/100mcg x3 day of both)
These cycles been within a periode of 4 years.

My plan:
I'm gonna run the 5. cycle all over ! Some dosage, same compounds. Only different is that i'm gonna add Novorapid insulin. 7,5 IU pre workout ! This will be my first time using insulin. I'm not used to eat alot of small meals. I've been following the approach with 3-4 BIG meals pr. day for years with great results. So if my outcast for a diet is SHIT, you know why and please let me know ! Any advise will be read and considerated.

Before i ate huge meals, A LOT of ground beef, but i was told to minimize fat as much as possible when using insulin.

My diet:
I dont mind eating the same stuff over and over, so if my diet sounds boring/lame etc. I dont want to hear about it. :D If the macros / timing anything like that is off, PLEASE let me know! As far as i can read, you need to have EVERYTHING perfect with insulin or you will fail and gain no mass or just get fat -.- I want to avoid that!
- Bulking up is the plan, if nobody knew.

06.20: Injecting 100mcg GHRP6 and 100mcg mod. grf 1.29
07.00: 100g oats + 500g eggwhites (Total: P:64, C: 63, F: 7)
10.00: 80g Rice + 250 ground beef (Total: P:58, C: 61, F: 26)
13.00: 80g rice + 225g Chicken (Total: P:58, C:61, 7)
15.00: Injecting 100mcg GHRP6 and 100mcg mod. grf 1.29
16.00-Preworkout: 160g Rice + 225g Chicken (P: 65, C: 125, F: 7)
16.30: Injecting 7,5 IU of Insulin Novorapid (4 weeks on, 4 weeks off - only at training days, 5 days pr. week)
16.45-18.45 Training with intra shake: 70g whey, 75g dextrose, 10g creatine. (P: 60+creatine, C:77, F: 2)
20.00 Post workout: 125g oats + 60g whey (P:69, C: 78, F: 10,89)
21.30: Injecting 100mcg GHRP6 and 100mcg mod. grf 1.29
21.45: Sleep
- Yes i always slept alot of hours.
- Veggies is not accounted for.
- I will be eating other types of lean meat and potatos instead of rice. Same amount of carbs / prots ofc. Just different sources. No pasta.. i hate pasta :)


Giving me a total off: 371g protein, 461g carbs, 62g carbs and total of 3907 calories ! This is NOT ENOUGH, but i thought i would give room for you guys to add/remove things. I want to be at 4,5k!

So guys, how does it look? Anything i'm doing wrong? What need to change?

I want to add more calories.. where should i do it? Pre, intra, post, throughout the day?
- My appetite is and have always been insane. So i can easily consume alot more food in either more meals or bigger meals!

Any help / guidance will be much appreciated. I want to get this right.:thinking:
