Just wanted to give you all a quick hello and say it's great to be signed up with this incredibly informative forum. I have been a chemical bb'er off and on for the last 8 years but only in the last couple of years have I nailed the nutrition aspect and what a difference that makes! Im currently 6'3" 235 lbs @ 9% bf and 42 y.o. My current goal is to add 10-15 lbs of lbm and keep the bf% below 13% while doing it. Perhaps a physique show is in my future this next spring......we shall see if my bb'ing friends can talk me into it.
