Dietary Fat and TRT

Does anyone know if dietary fat is still important on TRT? Fat is important for proper hormonal function but if you are already on TRT does it really matter. If I prefer carbs over fat would there be any negative effects of replacing my calories from fats with calories from carbs? I don't mean completely eliminating fats but just having a very low fat intake.
 
I guess you need to keep in mind that fats have many functions within the body and hormones is only one of them. I.e cholesterol and overall heart health, dietary fat is your only source of essential fatty acids and particular nutrients so it is still needed but perhaps supplementing it with ground flax seed oil and other foods will help minimize fat intake as to consume more carbs.
